This is the start of a comprehensive documentation of my plan. To be published within some days.

To establish European digital sovereignty by fostering an ecosystem of digital services that reflect European values, ensuring technological independence, and building a sustainable digital future for Europe.
This document outlines not merely a project but a comprehensive long-term strategy that aims to transform Europe’s digital landscape through coordinated action across multiple fronts and stakeholder groups.
Recent geopolitical developments, including increasing tensions between the EU and the US, demonstrate Europe’s need for its own digital infrastructure to ensure sovereignty and security. The potential withdrawal of the US from NATO, reduced support in conflicts such as Ukraine, and the looming trade war are compelling Europe to develop new strategies for digital independence.
Achieving digital sovereignty means not only technological independence but also ensuring that European values and social norms are reflected in digital services. The current geopolitical situation demands that Europe builds its own digital economy, independent from the US and other major powers, capable of withstanding external economic pressures.
